Breathwork Series with Bashar

Three powerful somatic breathwork sessions using kriyas and pranayama practices. Each session guides you into deeper states of presence, release, and embodied awareness.

The breath is your tool to access expanded energetic states—connecting you to yourself physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. This isn’t about becoming a better breather; it’s about using breath to unlock what’s already within you.

Before You Begin:

Create a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed:

  • Sit comfortably on the floor without back support (cushion optional)
  • Turn off your phone and minimize distractions
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Keep your eyes closed throughout most of the practice

Important Guidance:

There is no “right” way—only your way. Follow the instructions to the best of your ability without forcing or straining. Honor your capacity in each moment. If you feel dizzy or overwhelmed, return to natural breathing.

How to Practice:

Start with any session that calls to you. Each practice stands alone. If you connect with a particular session, use it as your daily practice and repeat it as many times as you wish.
