Eligibility & Responsibility
- You must be 18+ to participate.
- You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during all activities. Our work is educational/transformational and not medical treatment.
Medical Disclosure (your update)
- Inform us in writing before booking of any relevant medical/psychological conditions, surgeries, injuries, medications, or ongoing treatment (including cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, psychiatric, or trauma-related conditions).
- Pregnancy: Some programs arenot suitable during pregnancy. Always inform us before signing up. Participation is at our discretion.
Contraindications (recommended)
- Certain practices (e.g., intense breathwork, active meditations, de-armoring) may be contraindicated for conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, recent surgery, glaucoma, retinal detachment, acute psychiatric episodes, or current substance intoxication. We may request medical clearance and can refuse participation to ensure safety.
Code of Conduct
- We maintain a safe, respectful environment. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
- Confidentiality in group processes is expected; share your experience, not others’ stories.
Payments
- Your place is confirmed only after payment is received.
Transfers
- You may transfer your ticket to another eligible participant up to 7 days before start, with written approval.
- All transfers must be approved in writing by us.
- We reserve the right to assess the new participant’s eligibility (e.g., health, experience level).
- For retreats where gender balance is essential, tickets may only be transferred to someone of the same gender.
Schedule & Content Changes
- We may adjust schedules, facilitators, or content to improve safety/quality. Material changes will be communicated by email.
Travel & Insurance
- Participants are responsible for travel, visas, and insurance (medical, travel, cancellation). We strongly recommend adequate coverage.
Liability Waiver
- By participating, you acknowledge inherent risks in physical/somatic practices and agree to assume responsibility for your participation, releasing organizers/facilitators from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
- All materials and practices are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, recorded, or taught without written permission.
Communication (your update)
- Check your email (and spam/promotions folders). All official updates (location, times, what to bring) are sent by email. Non-receipt due to filters does not exempt policy terms.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays/cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, public health restrictions). Where possible, we will reschedule or offer credits.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Retreats, Trainings & Programs
- ≥ 30 days before start: 100% refund minus payment processing fees (3%)
- 15–29 days before: 50% refund
- < 15 days before: No refund (you may transfer your spot to another person with prior written approval)
- Organizer cancellation or date change: 100% refund of teaching fees. We are not responsible for travel, visa, or accommodation costs.
Private Sessions & Mentorship
- 24+ hours’ notice: reschedule or full refund
- < 24 hours / no-show: charged in full
How Refunds are Paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
