About CoreChi Process

The belly is not only our center of digestion — it is also where emotions, memories, and ancestral imprints are stored. CoreChi, meaning “life energy at the core,” brings attention back to this often-overlooked center, opening the way for release, reconnection, and balance.
Rooted in Chi Nei Tsang, the ancient Taoist practice of abdominal massage, CoreChi builds on this foundation with somatic memory work. Where Chi Nei Tsang focused on detoxifying the organs and restoring vitality, CoreChi expands into the emotional and intergenerational layers—exploring neglected emotions and the imprints of father, mother, masculine, and feminine wounds.
Much of what we carry—stress, shame, fear, or limiting beliefs—does not begin with us, but is passed down through parents, culture, and ancestral lineages. By bringing awareness to the belly—often overlooked in healing—CoreChi creates space to soften, release, and transform what has been carried within.

Take time to rest and integrate after your session—avoid rushing back into a busy schedule. It’s normal to feel unusual sensations in the belly for a few days. Ground yourself with gentle practices: spend time in nature, take a shower, or swim in the ocean or a lake to release and welcome the new sense of lightness in your body.
